Since the beginning , we have aimed for organic certification for our farm. We are very concerned with figuring out which is the best way to develop business in harmony with the environment we live in.<\/p>\n
We have an orchard with at least 300 trees: walking among vine raws or apple, pear and many more trees, you can gather ripe fruits, eat them or bring them in the kitchen; otherwise we use them in the restaurant or will transform them in jams or dessert for breakfast.<\/p>\n

On the sunny side of the hill we have planted almost 100 olive trees. Many of them are part of a project together with Parma Interreligious Forum called Uliveto della Pace. Members of different religious traditions have planted an olive tree, each one with their own traditional ritual.<\/p>\n

We have created a biodynamic garden based on regenerative agriculture<\/strong>, we work the soil very little, earthworms create fertile humus which is kept wet by mulching and the need of water is reduced.
