Booking Conditions

Check-in nad Check-out
Check in: we wait for you everyday from 2 pm to 10 pm.
Check out: we ask you to leave the room by 11 am.
Pets
We are plaesed to welcome you with your four legged friends in compliance with the rules. Dogs must be held on leash, inside (common spaces) and outside. You can’t bring them in the kitchen and the access to the pool is allowed only with leash. We ask you € 5/day for each animal, due to extra cleaning work needed.
Payments
Credit card to guarantee your booking is requested.
Cancellation policy
Free till 10 days prior check in date. If you cancel less than 10 days prior your check in date, you will be charged the cost of the entire stay, if you booked 1 night, the 50% if you booked 2 or more nights.
Cancellation due to travel restrictions
No penalty is due if you cancel for official prohibitions to travel
